Mithaq Abdul-Kareem

The College Follow-up Division is one of the core administrative units that aims to enhance administrative discipline and monitor the implementation of decisions and instructions within the college. It serves as an important link between the college deanship and other administrative and academic units.

Section's Tasks :

Monitoring Official Working Hours : Monitoring the attendance and departure of administrative and technical employees and submitting periodic reports on adherence to official working hours. Coordinating with the Human Resources Division regarding violations or unauthorized absences.

Implementing Administrative Directives : Monitoring the implementation of instructions issued by the college deanship or the university presidency and ensuring the implementation of administrative orders and directives in various departments and units.

Monitoring and Evaluation : Monitoring the level of administrative performance within the college and submitting reports to the deanship, including observations and suggestions for improving performance.

Addressing Administrative Violations : Monitoring any violations or shortcomings in administrative or academic work and submitting detailed reports on any cases that require intervention by the deanship or legal affairs.
