It performs numerous tasks and duties to ensure the smooth running of legal work within the college, including providing legal advice, expressing legal opinions on various matters, participating in investigative committees, participating in disciplinary committees, approving contracts and pledges, and following up on lawsuits.
Section's Duties :
Providing Legal Consultations : The division provides legal advice to the college deanship and other departments and branches, including providing legal opinions on books and topics related to legal affairs.
Participating in Investigative Committees : The division participates in investigative committees formed by the college or university, whether related to students, employees, contracts, or other matters.
Participating in Disciplinary Committees : The Legal Division participates in student and employee disciplinary committees and contributes to the implementation of disciplinary instructions.
Following Up on Lawsuits : The Legal Division is responsible for following up on lawsuits filed by or against the college and coordinates with the courts and relevant authorities.
Regulating guarantees and pledges : The Legal Department regulates the guarantees and pledges provided by students and employees, and ensures that they meet legal requirements.
