Section's Tasks :

The tasks of the Graduate Studies Division at universities are considered vital, contributing to the organization and development of graduate programs (master's and doctoral degrees) and ensuring their quality, It is represented by the following :

Organizing Master's and Doctoral Programs : Preparing and periodically reviewing study plans. Following up on the opening and introduction of new programs according to market and community needs.

Organizing Graduate Studies Admissions : Announcing application and admission dates. Receiving applications, reviewing documents, and coordinating with academic departments and academic committees to accept students.

Following up on graduate students : Following up on student registration, academic supervision, conducting comprehensive exams, and following up on the implementation of dissertation and theses projects.

Supervising Discussion Committees : Organizing the formation of academic committees to discuss dissertations. Preparing discussion minutes and following up on graduation procedures.

Organizing Archiving and Records : Maintaining student academic and administrative files, documenting university dissertation data, and following up on official correspondence.
