The College Council held its tenth session for the current academic year

With God's blessings, the College Council held its tenth session for the academic year (2024-2025) on Monday afternoon, August 11, 2025, with all Council members in attendance. The Council Chairman welcomed the Council members and conveyed the directives of His Excellency the Minister and the University President, which were presented at the eleventh session of the University Council held on August 6, 2025. The Council hosted the Director of the Anbar Environment Directorate (Engineer Qais Najeh Abdul) to discuss ways of cooperation and benefiting from the expertise and equipment available to both sides. It was agreed to receive the College students for practical training in the laboratories of the Anbar Environment Directorate. The Council also hosted the head of the Student Affairs and Registration Division and a representative of the Human Resources Division to discuss the progress rates of the SIS and HRMS programs. Several important matters were discussed during the session, most notably preparations for the second-semester exams and ongoing preparations for the upcoming academic year, particularly the commencement of graduate students at the beginning of the semester, the recruitment of visiting professors, and the follow-up of updating faculty pages on the university website. The session then discussed all items included in the Council's working paper.
