Given the University of Anbar's presidency's concern for the future of its top three graduate students in the science departments across the colleges for the academic years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, and in continuation of the university's ongoing communication with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry clarified in its letter numbered TM3/9206 dated August 11, 2025, the following :
.1 Graduate students who number less than eight are included in the application for Federal Civil Service Council appointment codes.
.2 Students not included are : -
· Students who were reinstated to their classes with a return letter whose registration was suspended and whose science departments were suspended.
· Students who fell behind their peers due to failure or postponement and graduated in subsequent academic years.
.3 Graduate students included are required to visit the Student Affairs Division and register at the college starting Sunday, August 17, 2025, to complete the information and requirements for the Federal Civil Service Council appointment form.
4. Graduate students must bring their identification documents, ensuring that the unified ID card is included among the required documents. Students must be present in person without authorization or exceptions.
