A meeting was held by the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences – Hit regarding updating student data on the SIS system

As part of his ongoing monitoring of administrative workflow, the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences – Hit (Dr. Rasim Farraj Muslim) held a meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs (Dr. Muhammad Qasim Taha), in addition to the Head of the Registration and Student Affairs Division and registration staff.

During the meeting, the details of the work related to uploading and updating student information on the Student Information System (SIS) were reviewed. Emphasis was placed on the need for accuracy and speed in completing tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data in accordance with ministerial instructions.

The Dean also stressed the importance of coordination between the various college units to ensure smooth workflow and provide the best possible services to students, commending the efforts made by the Registration Division staff.
